Ziloo Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Ziloo, an e-learning social media platform operated by YouBeeU Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using Ziloo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ziloo.

1. Eligibility

• Ziloo is available only to users 18 years and older.
• By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate information at registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or our Community & Ads Policy.

3. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (posts, courses, comments, media).
• By posting, you grant Ziloo a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, use, distribute, and display your content within the platform.
• Content must comply with our Community & Ads Policy.

4. Business Accounts & Advertising

• Verified businesses may create accounts and run ads.
• Ads must be lawful, accurate, respectful, and relevant.
• We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove ads that violate our rules.
• Unauthorised use of third-party ad networks is prohibited.

5. Payments & Monetisation

• Users may purchase courses or subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play Billing.
• Refunds and cancellations are managed through the respective store account settings.
• Creators may receive payouts via Stripe. Payouts are subject to Stripe’s terms.
• Z-Coin is an internal platform reward, not a cryptocurrency or fiat money. It cannot be converted or withdrawn outside Ziloo.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ziloo and its content (excluding user content) are owned by YouBeeU Pty Ltd.
• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Ziloo’s services or branding without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, bully, or abuse others.
• Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorised tools to access Ziloo.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise our platform.

8. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Breach these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Community & Ads Policy.
• Engage in fraud, illegal activity, or repeated violations.
• Misuse advertising or monetisation features.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

• Ziloo is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We make no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ziloo after changes means you accept the new Terms.
